Elsewhere Sauna…is a bespoke sauna on wheels
Together we create new local practices drawing on ancient sweat bathing traditions.
Sauna is a ritual technology for healing, this mobile space is designed to experience the elemental properties of atmospheric steam within the wood-fired sauna, alongside the cool respite of partnering with local waterbodies in the region of nipaluna/Hobart.
Weekly Sunday sessions with Randalls Bay and fortnightly Saturday’s with Drip Beach - scroll down to the second calendar below Drip Beach for Sunday Randall’s sessions.
* We only take bookings up to two months in advance
* first 3 weeks of April will be on break = no sauna until the 27th 28th
Saturday Sauna Bookings
each fortnight in the south, past Cygnet - with Drip Beach as our partnered body of salt water
Hour long sauna capped at 5 people per session you may purchase a singular spot and welcome a mix of fellow guests or book all 5 spots if you wish for a private experience
We’ll feed the fire and provide herbal tea and body scrub
Please prepare your body as hydrated and bring water to keep yourself fluid, a robe, a towel,
& a small toosh towel for sitting on, and your good body!
